Is my Texas Driver's License Automatically Suspended with my DWI arrest?

The police officer that arrested me said that my Texas Driver's License will automatically be suspended because I refused to take a Breath Test - Is this really the law in Texas?

If you do absolutely nothing to challenge the suspension of your driver's license, it will automitically be suspended after 40 days form your arrest date.  However, you have an absolute right to challenge this driver's license suspension and any competent DWI lawyer should handle this case and your DWI case.  Our Houston DWI attorneys have successfully challenged hundreds of Texas Driver's License suspension.
